Detox & Slimming Patch Directions: Apply to both legs for each treatment, finding the proper acupoint location:
1. The acupoint is found midway between ankle and kneecap.
2. Measure two finger widths away from tibia (shin) bone on the outside of your lower leg.
3. Place the patch at this location.
4. Wear 3-8 hours

Drinking plenty of water, a balanced diet, and light exercise will help get optimum results.
